Appreciated nice location and service of the hotel. A suite has everything you need. Reception staff had a real`` can do'' approach.
-
all good: rooms and facilities. our junior suite was very clean.
-
Great location, good sized and very clean, quiet rooms. Not to mention public parking nearby. This Shoreham is not comparable.
-
Purity
No fridge in the room.

Excellent Location
Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They keep hold of $100 dollars extra on your credit card incase of damage to the room, and do not inform you of this. It also takes 3 days to be refunded back onto the card. I also left a white dress behind in the room, which was given as a gift. When I emailed to ask if it had been found I recieved no reply. Also room cleaning services knock on the door far too early, around 8 in the morning.

The rooms were great; although small well decorated, great shower and comfortable bed. What else can you ask of NYC without paying $1000 a night!! The location was also great for Central Park, Uptown and some of the great sights of the city.
The staff were rude on check-in... I was disappointed having had such great service in all of the other hotels I have stayed in in the US.
-
Excellent location. Boutique style Cleanliness Very comfortable bed Free tea and coffee
Staff somewhat offhand, this being especially the experience of my daughter who arrived a day later than I did. Neither of us was offered champagne on arrival. The room was noisy. This was because it overlooked a narrow alley (which also made it very dark) in which there were 3 or 4 large extractor (?) units which operated day and night. We had to ask for hair dryer and shower cap - these ought to have been in the room. The bathroom was very small - a shelf would have been very useful.

The location and value cannot be beat. Located on 55th St, midway between 5th and 6th Avenues is a prime location. Even better, the hotel is beautiful and the room was rather big for a single.
-
Great access to most city sights including central park. Also had good access to a variety of eateries and was a reasonable walk from the subway system and Amtrak train station.
Agree the rooms are small - but compared to what you get in most European cities and given its NYC - the room was plenty big!! (besides your in NYC for the sites and shopping - not to sleep and watch tv - which you could do at home!!)
-
Everything! The staff were the only friendly people I met in New York! The location was good, the price was excellent, and the hospitality was awesome!
They did not have ice buckets in the room or accessible microwaves.
-
I should give it at least a 3.5 in the luxury dept...the room was huge by Manhattan mid-range$ standards ($215), clean, quiet...GREAT Location...sweet staff, totally helpful...FREE, Working wi-fi!! I would stay here again and recommend to friends in a heartbeat!!
Cheaper rooms have no view but so what...beds were very comfy and crisp. One thing: no in room coffee but free in the lobby
-
Nice Spa Suite, outstanding location, free coffee in lobby when machine not broken
shower didnt drain, coffee machine and elevator were not always working
-
I had bad experience with the internet which since i arrive wasnt working properly
-
1.Very noisy at night 2.Room sound too bad 3.Bathroom too old towel. 4.Counter staff is very cool
-
The location in Mid-town and room comfort are top here....average room rates are on the ridiculous side.
The lobby is not very inviting, but the breakfast is very good.
