Consider asking for a room with a bathtub upfront. some rooms only have showers despite assurances.

perfect central spot for city exploration and dining options
the staff were friendly and offered great dining suggestions. Being just a short walk to the museum of modern art and rockefeller center made my weekend strolling through the city an absolute delight. while the room was comfy, it could use some updates, but the overall vibes were perfect for a weekend adventure.

A delightful surprise in the city
I was welcomed with warmth and smiles as I checked in. The spacious room provided a much-needed retreat after exploring the city. The restaurant's ambiance was perfect for winding down.
I did notice some wear on the carpet, and it would have been nice to have basic items like glasses and an ice bucket already in the room.

My stay was quite frustrating due to numerous issues. the check-in process was chaotic, and I was left waiting for far too long. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned before my arrival, and I found dirty towels in the bathroom. Even worse, the heating didn't work well, making the nights uncomfortably cold. I expected better for what I paid.

The room was spacious, and the shower was fantastic! It was a breeze getting to the lobby from the 8th floor. It's a stone's throw from Carnegie Hall.
The elevators seemed like they needed a pep talk, and good luck sitting up in bed without a stunt double. Honestly, call it a 'horizontal adventure'!

The location of Shoreham made exploring the city super easy. Steps away from famous attractions and great eateries. The staff were truly friendly, always welcoming and quick to help, a highlight during my stay. Room comfort stood out too. my Deluxe Queen Room had cozy bedding, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. However, I noticed the room could use some updates. The bathroom had a strange design with glass walls that felt a bit awkward. I faced issues with the air conditioning. it was noisy and disrupted the peaceful vibe I sought at night. At checkout, I found it strange to be charged for a receipt, which added an unnecessary annoyance. Though there were some hiccups, the overall experience was pleasant due to the staff's attentiveness and the great location.

The location was exceptional, with easy access to major business districts and public transport. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a wine fridge, making it ideal for unwinding after a long day. The staff was efficient and responsive in addressing my needs, which greatly facilitated my work-related tasks during the stay.
The bathroom design was unconventional, featuring glass walls and a mirror shower wall, which may not suit everyone's preference.

The Shoreham's chic decor and spacious lounge area made me feel like I was staying in a boutique hotel rather than just a spot to rest my head. The accessibility features were also very accommodating for seniors.
Better soundproofing for a quieter experience.

Great location, super friendly staff!
Had a nice stay for a night. The staff was super chill and helpful. The location is perfect for hitting all the tourist spots. I love the breakfast options. it was delish and a good deal. My only issue was the shower, water pressure wasn’t great. Still, the complimentary drinks in the lobby were a nice touch.
